Women’s ArbCamp returns this August for a weekend of climbing, learning, and connection in the forest. Whether you’re brand new to tree climbing or a seasoned arborist, you’re welcome here.

Empowering Climbers of Every Experience

Whether you’re tying in for the first time or have years in the canopy, WAC is about sharing skills, stories, encouragement and growth — together. The camp centres women, trans, and non-binary climbers, and welcomes all who support inclusive and respectful learning spaces.

What to bring

Packing for WAC is simple, but here are some essentials to make your weekend comfortable and fun:

✅ Climbing & personal gear:
Harness, helmet, lanyard, ropes (if you have them)
Climbing shoes or boots
Gloves (optional, but nice to have)

✅ Camping & comfort:
Tent, hammock, or sleeping setup
Sleeping bag + mat
Headlamp or flashlight
Warm clothes for evening
Water bottle + mug

✅ Optional extras:
Snacks (meals are provided!)
Notebook + pen
Rain gear (just in case!)
A good attitude and curiosity 🌿

🚗 By car:
Parking is available on site. Use Google Maps or your GPS — search for “Hasslebro 101” near Stockamöllan.

✈️ By plane:
The closest major airport is Copenhagen Airport (CPH) in Denmark. From there:

🚆 By train/bus:
Closest major station: Lund, Eslöv, Höör
Closest train station: Stehag
From Stehag, bus 518 to Hasslebro
Then walk down the dirt-track approx 500m to site.

Nope! WAC is open to all experience levels.

“Can I come if I don’t have gear?”
Yes — just let us know in advance and we’ll help.

“Are meals vegetarian / vegan / meat?”
Yes — and we accommodate other dietary needs too.
